1. What Ba2 Player is
Ba2 Player is media player software for Samsung Smart TVs. It plays media from playlists (such as Xtream Codes accounts or M3U URLs) that you add yourself.
Ba2 Player does not provide, sell, host, stream or link to any content. We have no relationship with any playlist or content provider and cannot help you obtain one.
2. Your responsibilities
You may only use playlists and content that you are legally entitled to access in your country. You are solely responsible for the sources you add to the app.
You must not use the software to infringe the rights of others, to circumvent technical protection measures, or for any unlawful purpose.
3. License
A purchase grants a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the software on one TV, identified by its device code, for the period you bought (one month, one year, or lifetime).
“Lifetime” means for as long as the product is offered and the TV model is supported. Licenses are not subscriptions and do not renew automatically. Buying again before a license ends adds the new period after the current one.
New devices may receive a free trial whose length we may change at any time. Trials are limited to protect against abuse.
4. Availability and changes
We work hard to keep the software and its online features available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Playback depends on your playlist provider, network and TV, which are outside our control.
We may update the software and these terms. Material changes will be announced on this website.
5. Termination
We may disable a device that is used in breach of these terms, for fraud, or to abuse the trial. Where required by law, any unused paid period will be refunded.
6. Liability
The software is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the license concerned. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under applicable law.
