1. Summary
Ba2 Player collects only what it needs to license the app and keep your library in sync. We do not sell personal data and do not use advertising trackers on this website.
2. What we store
Device identity: a one-way hash of your TV’s hardware identifier (never the identifier itself), the generated device code, a public key used to authenticate the app, TV model, firmware and app version, approximate country and the last IP address used.
Playlists: the playlist names and connection details you add. URLs, usernames and passwords are encrypted (AES-256-GCM) before they are stored and are only decrypted for your own TV.
Watch progress: titles you watched and how far you got, so Continue Watching works across reinstalls.
Purchases: the plan, amount, order status and, if you provide it, your email address for the receipt.
3. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details are entered on Stripe’s pages and are never sent to or stored by us. Stripe’s privacy policy applies to the data it processes.
4. Artwork and metadata
To show artwork and details, the app sends title names from your library to our servers, which look them up in third-party metadata databases. These lookups are not linked to your identity.
5. Retention and deletion
Playlists are deleted when you remove them. To delete all data for a device, email ba2iptv@batuhan.org from the address used for the purchase or include your device code. Order records are kept as long as tax law requires.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data and to object to processing. Contact ba2iptv@batuhan.org to exercise these rights.
Ba2 Player is a media player only. It does not provide, sell or host any content. You must use playlists you are legally entitled to access.
